Lineages of This Work

3 Roots

Where this work comes from

Wildly Alive coaching is built on three roots. I want to name them clearly to honor the wisdom of these teachers and traditions.

Esther Perel: Eroticism as Aliveness

From Perel's work, we honor the idea that desire and intimacy run on different motivational circuits, where intimacy wants closeness, and desire wants a little spacious mystery and autnomy. As Perel brilliantly describes, eroticism is essentially vitality itself. The goal was never just better sex, it's also a fuller, more enlivened way of living, one season at a time.

Feminist, Decolonized Tantra

I draw on Tantra's core philosophy, that liberation happens through the body, not by transcending it. In the lineage of the left-handed feminist tantric, yogic and neo-tantric wisdom traditions, pleasure is treated as sacred and self-owned. Coaching sessions are built on consent and mutuality rather than guru-style hierarchy. We aim at waking up to your true divine nature and taking our place as part of this divine and interconnected universe.

The VITA Coaching Method

My session structure and tools come from the VITA methodology, which stands The Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach. This framework blends neurobiology, holistic healing, and modern coaching with ancient teachings of Tantra, Taoism, and Sacred Sexuality. This method weaves in trauma-informed tools to help clients resource and soothe themselves in solid and practical ways. The VITA method uses body-based and desire-led coaching through breathwork, parts-work, and a style that follows what you actually want rather than starting from what's “wrong.” Every session opens and closes with a brief, grounded ritual, so you leave more resourced than you arrived.
