Coaching for Sex, Love and Relationships
Homecoming for every season of your body and mind.
Your desire knows the way home
What Coaching Looks Like
Coaching is structured, shorter term, goal-oriented, and collaborative. Sessions typically include:
Identifying the specific pattern or block affecting your intimate life
Concrete communication tools for individuals and couples
Between-session practices tailored to your goals
A tangible sense of progress, not open-ended exploration
The Desire Compass is a coaching practice for people ready to stop performing aliveness and start actually living it. We can claim our aliveness through every season of desire, not just the peaks. This is wildly alive coaching: rooted home in your body, authentic in the circulating flow, and asking you to sink into deeper experience with life.
Couldn’t all of us benefit from to getting more out our succulent and intimate lives? Whether desire and your connection to yourself has quietly faded, you and your partner want different things in the bedroom, or you're carrying old shame that keeps you from feeling fully present, this work is for you.
I'm a VITA Sex, Love & Relationship Coach in training. VITA stands for The Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach to Coaching, and has helped me learn more about working with individuals and couples who want a direct, structured, and delicious path back to erotic and sensual living. My approach is practical and nformed by neuroscience. In our sessions, we feel and name what's actually happening, build real skills for talking about sex and desire, and work toward the specific outcome you're looking for.
Who this is for
You want to cultivate and choose authentic wholeness, eroticism and creativity throughout your life.
You've been told by culture, by past partners, even by yourself, that good sex and good love should always feel like the honeymoon phase, and you're exhausted trying to manufacture that year-round.
You white-knuckle through your low-desire seasons like something's wrong with you, instead of trusting that it might simply be seasonal ebbs and flows.
You want a body, a sex life, and a relationship that are allowed to rest, grieve, rebuild, and celebrate blooming on their own real timeline, not on a highlight reel.
You're ready to stop treating desire as a switch you're failing to flip, and start treating it as a cycle you can actually learn to surrender into and celebrate in it’s full vitality.
Who I Work With
Folks who want to weave meditation, pleasure, tantra and body love into their daily lives to help them reach their goals.
Individuals navigating low libido, disconnection from their own desire, body image concerns affecting intimacy, or the lingering effects of past sexual shame.
Couples facing mismatched desire, difficulty talking about sex without conflict, or wanting to rebuild intimacy after a stretch of disconnection.
Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. If deeper trauma work or a diagnosable condition is present, I'll help you find the right additional support.
A preview of Wildly Alive
Much of the self improvement field and much of our culture is obsessed with one season: summer. We are conditioned to be over-focused and chasing highs and peaks, productivity and orgasm, and the honeymoon phase. In radical contrast, being and wildly alive and centered on our embodied desire means we can show up differently. It treats fall (release), winter (rest), spring (beginning growth), and summer (fruition) as four equally necessary and equally healthy states. We can learn to be fully integrated and embodied, and move through our seasons with flow and without shame..

Three roots
Wildly Alive coaching is especially informed from the following wisdom teachings and texts:
Feminist, decolonized Tantra, where embodiment and pleasure are sacred and liberatory, not shameful.
Esther Perel's work on eroticism as aliveness, centering on desire and sexual energy as sources of vitality and empowerment.
The VITA coaching method, grounded in body-based, desire-led transformational tools and sacred sexuality.
