About Me

I'm a trainee coach in body-based methods for sex, love, and relationship transformation. I use breathwork, somatic parts-work, and desire-centered coaching, alongside relationship neuroscience and embodiment traditions. My coaching training and these practices draw on the VITA coaching method and feminist, decolonized Tantra, as well as pulling from Esther Perel and Dan Seigel’s relational science. I help people come back to life in their creativity, their energetic bodies and their relationships.

I am also a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified sex therapist (with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists). While these other professional identities inform how I show up in coaching sessions, I am not doing mental health work when I am coaching. I appreciate working outside the medical model here with shorter term and more carved out goals around sexuality, aliveness and embodied, relational living.

This work can help you get clearer on your desire, your relationship and your sexuality, and help you build the capacity to live into those truths. I don’t believe you're broken, and I don't believe you're supposed to be in summer all the time. I believe most of us were handed a rulebook for sex and love that only ever described one season and asked us to constrict ourselves. My coaching mission centers on learning to live in the fullness of our four seasons, honestly and without shame at any age.
